Returns

At The Golden Collective, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your physical product, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Products must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Because digital products are delivered instantly, all digital sales are final.
